David Friedman focuses his practice primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, marital and family related disputes, collection of judgments, construction defect litigation and appellate practice. Affiliated with Weiss & Handler, P.A. for over 10 years, David is adept at developing trial and motion practice strategies, and performing legal research to resolve complex issues of law. David is also an attorney of record in numerous court opinions which have been published. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Consumer Affairs Hearing Board. David's wisdom and dedication are valued by both the firm=s clients as well as the attorneys he works with at the firm.

David is admitted to the Florida State bar, as well as the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. David was awarded a Bachelors of Arts, magna cum laude from Emory University in 1977 and a Juris Doctor, cum laude from the University of Miami in 1980.
