

Henry B. Handler is a founding partner of Weiss & Handler, P.A. who focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate law, commercial transaction, commercial litigation, condominium and homeowner association law and general trial practice. Along with his partner Howard, Henry has also represented some of South Florida's largest condominium and country club communities for which he has obtained over $35 million dollars in judgments and settlements for original design and construction deficiencies, accounting claims and country club turnovers. Henry has represented both corporate and individual clients before public agencies, counties, municipalities and public bodies regarding land development and property owner rights. He has also represented municipalities and the
Henry was born in Newark, New Jersey and raised in Rumson, New Jersey. He attended
Henry has been appointed as special assistant attorney general for the State of Florida on a number of appeals. He is also the attorney of record in numerous reported opinions and has conducted countless seminars in real estate law, condominium and homeowner's association law and governments and civil litigation.
In addition to the practice of law, Henry previously served as Chairman of the Democratic Executive Committee of Palm Beach County, Florida, and on the Palm Beach County Land Use Advisory Commission and on the Florida Beach Access Advisory Council. He has served on the Palm Beach County Legislative Liaison Committee for the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Condominium and Planned Development Committee. Henry has been a long time contributor to medical genetics research and new born intensive care treatment programs.
Henry and his wife Kathie are the proud parents of Jean and Matthew.
